Shocking service, no phone delivered yet

I asked for an early upgrade as much phone was broken. That was all sorted and delivery was arranged. DSV service is terrible. I still dont have my new phone and no one is able to help me. When I emailed MTN to cancel the contract I got an automated reply. Service delivery is very poor.
