Shocking service - nearly a month long wait for new phone

On the 10th of April, and after waiting for ages in the queue, I upgraded my current phone to the iPhone 5s at MTN Bluff Towers. At the time I was told that they do not have stock of the new phone but that it would be delivered to my house within 3 to 5 working days. A couple of days later, MTN Bluff Towers then phoned me and assured me that the phone would arrive on Tuesday the 19th of April. On Friday the 22nd of April, I visited the store to find out what was happening, they checked the reference/tracking number (UV***) on their system and it said that the phone was "on the floor" with the representative telling me the phone should be ready later that day or the next. I waited, and STILL NO PHONE! I emailed the MTN Bluff Towers representative as well as MTN Channel Queries, but to date neither had the decency to respond! I have now nearly waited a month for something which should have taken a couple of days. I am extremely disappointed in MTN and especially at the staff of MTN Bluff Towers!
