Shocking Service MTN Store Rosebank

Shocking Service -I took a contract out I got a faulty phone took it back sent for assessment no feedback update nothing i had to call the service center for help Sandton MTN refused to help and Rosebank is on a go slow. I wouldn't even rate them1 star.
