Shocking service MTN on line Deals

On 17 May I signed up for one of MTN deals on line and paid for the remainder of the month and for June. Was assured I would receive my router within 3 working days. WELL WELL WELL I am still waiting and no emails are rep**** too, no calls are returned no nothing. After threating to cancel the deal I am now told that it is the couriers fault. Really MTN surely you guys can afford reliable couriers in East London.
