Shocking service - MTN Insure

I have now been trying for 2 months to get my insurance policy schedule from MTN insure. But they take my payment every month.<br> Just today I have now been on hold in the call centre for more than 25 minutes. An agent answered and told me that she can't help me, she needs to transfer me to the insurance call centre, as there is no direct number<br> And now I'm on hold again, after asking to speak to a supervisor.!!! I have now been on this call for 35 minutes<br> <br> Last week I had to hold on for 20 minutes spoke to an agent <br> Reference number of a call made last week where the agent promised to send me the schedule - ***.185861 - Please can you send me feedback of actions taken against this agent that did not do his job as promised?<br>
