Shocking Service - MTN

I received a call from MTN requesting if I was interested in a promotion they have at the moment. I received a delivery by DSV - 2 small Nokia cellphones which are not suitable for me as I do not have small children. I immediately returned the 2 phones and Sim card to MTN Cresta U218A Cresta Mall. The gentleman that I dealt with was Caleb Rossouw - ********** .

The IMEI numbers are

I made several calls to your customer service department advising them of the situation and spoke to Karabo Mmotsa - reference ********** 02. I also went to see the manager Buti ( ********** ) at MTN Cresta Mall - He advised me that he will attend to the matter but to no vail. I left several messages for him to return my call and sms messages but also to no avail. A very poor reflection of a Manager.

My current account was debited R128. 23 on 29 September 2018. Kindly credit my account with immediately effect. I received a message on 30 September 2018 that I can upgrade my cellphone and my contract expires in March 2018. I certainly will not be renewing my contract after been a customer of MTN for many years.
