Shocking service MTN
Once again MTN is doing nothing about our phone that is with them for 4 months brand new phone that stopped working no phone calls no reply to our emails ect shocking that this is the customer service we are getting from them Lee Peach

This matter has been escalated to regional management for an investigation to be run.
They will ask the relevant department to assist further.
We understand the frustration this has caused and we have contacted the account holder.

04 Jul 2018, 04:54Hi really hope so 5 months without a phone but we have to pay it every month i can't see why we can't have our new phone by this friday they can do overnight delivery or arange that we get a phone from MTN pavillion why is it so difficult
