Shocking service from MTN Lufestyke Ballito

The MTN Lifestyle Ballito is one of the worst cellphone dealers I have encountered. When your device break during contract warranty period, MTN say you need to deal with the specific shop where you entered the contract, and that cellphone dealer will assist you.

Now the first problem is that you cannot phone MTN lifestyle in Ballito as they just do not answer their phone. They also do not respond to emails.Then you drive there and hand them the faulty device, and they promise to replace it. Then you never hear from them, no emails, not phone calls, nothing!!! You phone them, or email them, no answer. You drive there again and now you told they have lost your device after you handed it in, and on showing them written receipt from them, they can not give you any feedback. Then they promise to replace it, but nothing is ever done. And so it goes on till eventually your contract term expires and you have no option left but to cancel.

Abaolutely shocking non-existant service at MTN Lifestyle Ballito. MTN will never see me again, with shocking after sales like this it is hard to believe they are not managed by MTN SA HQ as they damaging the brand reputation
