Shocking service from MTN insurance.

I put in a claim with MTN insurance after having very poor service with in store consultants and technicians. The paper work was completed and emailed before Christmas. To date I have paid the required excess, made numerous calls and yet my phone has not even been collected by the courier service service who claim it was forgotton. I asked to speak to the supervisor who was not available and left my number but was not contacted. I have made numerous attempts to contact them and find out WHY my phone has not been collected or repaired. They are quick to take my money but not professional enough to fulfill their end if the bargain. SHOCKING SERVICE! So I sit a month later, uncontactable.
