SHOCKING SERVICE FROM MTN!

Extremely unhappy with the service I'm receiving from MTN. Been trying to cancel/change my contract for almost 2 months without any success. After I received the wrong contract from MTN.

Been referred to over 15 people probably, and spent multiple hours on the phone without getting the right help, just transfer calls after transfer calls.

Please sort this out as soon as possible. Otherwise I will reverse my debit order until this is sorted out.
