Shocking service from MTN Edenvale

The service I received from MTN greenstone is disgusting to say the least, so i have an existing business contract with MTN and im trying to add an unlimited wifi to it. I then app**** and i was told I will get a reply within 48 hours. A week later still nothing no update on anything from the consultant. I make a follow up and im told there’s additional documents needed which I then submitted last week Tuesday and i was told to wait for an sms confirming my application. I waited the entire week and even tried to call the store a couple of times to get an update still no response. Today I decided to go to the store personally and queue for the ample time, only to be told they still need clarity on some documents. Had i not went to the store I’d still be waiting and that consultant by the name of Lebogang doesn't follow up she will only make enquiries when she sees me or tell me that she was off🙄. I will have to look for another service provider i’m don with MTN!!!
