Shocking service from mtn

If there was a zero, I would put it. I'm appalled at how much MTN staff has failed me over and over. I ordered a router online in April, it was an out of box failure so I retired it to cape road the very next day, I called MTN to cancel the contract because I did nut want to get back a faulty router. Consultant confirmed the contract was canceled, few months later I ordered another router as part of my data Sim upgrade, it was delivered but later on in the month it was suspended because I have an overdue amount from the previous router... There no store have not gone to, I have the irms number to prove the router was returned yet my service is still canceled.
