Shocking service from MTN

I took out a LTE contract with MTN in October 2021. To date, I have had endless problems with wifi reception and not receiving the service I signed up for. For the past 6 weeks, my router has been with the MTN workshop for repairs and "troubleshooting". Every time I phone the MTN store that I handed my router into, I am informed that either the router 1. is on its way to the workshop; 2. the router came back from the workshop with nothing wrong with it; 3. the router has been sent back to the workshop and is "50% ready.

The service I have received is despicable from MTN, and will now look at cancelling this contract.
