Work still hadn’t begun on my phone.

7 July - Email from Shakiera stating that she had sent an email to all managers dealing with insurance & now awaiting feedback.

14 July - MTN insurance still do not have my phone and that they need to be called to collect from MTN Bayside.

18 July - MTN insurance still do not have the phone and are waiting for Bayside to notify them of when they can collect it.

4 August - Shakeiranotified me that my Nokia is awaiting dispatch from the repair centre that could take a week or 2 before they get it to the store.

29 August - I have still had NO feedback from the store.

This a rather long sob story but all in all from the 10th of May till today there's been no progress. 2.5 months, which is unacceptable
