Shocking service from MTN

We app**** online for the 4G Mobile Router 100GB black Friday promotion and received an email on the 1st of December 2020 with a reference number stating that they will contact us for additional information and delivery. However, despite numerous phone calls of which some was blatantly ended without solving the issue, we have not been able to receive assistance from MTN. Their client service is not up to standard and we were transferred to multiple staff members within MTN without any success.
