Shocking service from MTN

I have requested a copy of a billing statement from MTN for months now and I provided them with my email and to date, no one has bothered to send the email with the documents requested. What makes it worse is that they even got my email wrong. They had it on record as eddie.nunes*adventone.co.za. Hence why I haven't received any emails. I have tried to contact them to report this and still no effective action has been taken. Their customer service is shocking.
