SHOCKING SERVICE FROM MTN

Over a month and a half ago a number was opened under my name at MTN *****ulently. I have done all the requirements I needed to do, reported it to the police sent my affidavit, got three hundred references no's and to date I still sit with my line cut off and despite being told for three weeks that they will reconnect my phone whilst they are busy with their investigation, I still have no phone. I have requested a call back from a manager and still have not had any joy. I use my phone for work and from a safety point of view to be left with no phone. I am unsure how to get someone at MTN to do their job.
