Shocking Service from MTN
One again I have not received my monthly statement and invoice. This is getting beyond a joke. Every month I get the same reply - I will get them next month, but alas the same problem exists and has been for the past 6 months. I would appreciate a phone call advising why this is such a problem and why it cannot be fixed

02 Jun 2020, 17:20In April I received my Invoices and Statements. I knew it was too good to be true. In May - once again, no invoices or statements have been received. Six Emails later and still nothing, zero, zip. The service received from MTN is shocking to say the least.
