Shocking service from MTN 083 145 call center

I have been trying to sort out my phone that was lost and needs to be black listed. Whenever I phone 083 145 I get through , but then get cut off once i speak to a consultant! So much airtime has been spent trying to do this! I want to cancel my contract its si frustrating!
