Shocking Service !!

Worst customer care !!!!!!!! I have tried on numerous occasions to sort out the erroneous suspension of my two contracts ( my own and my daughter )on a regular basis with no luck to date ! I have emailed ,I have phoned and I have gone to different stores to get this sorted out !!! It gets resolved at the time with a promise that it is now sorted - but it always re occurs a month or so later. It is very disruptive for my work relationships - especially during this abnormal times. I am sure I will not even get a response to this review.
