SHOCKING SERVICE - CellC here I come.
I called the MTN call centre yesterday morning to load a data bundle. The call centre agent advised that she has an issue loading the bundle and asked me to hold on. During this time the call was dropped and no-one called me back to follow up. 20 mins later i used my loyalty points and loaded a 24 hour data bundle. Later that afternoon i again called into the call centre and again asked an agent to load a 5 gig data bundle and specifically asked her how this will impact my 24 hour bundle and her reply was that the system will first ensure that the 24 hour bundle expires before using the new bundle data. She also confirmed that the 5 gig had been successfully loaded on her side and that's where the call ended. This morning i discovered that my service has been suspended as i breached my 5k credit limit which immediately raised the alarm as this happened previously based on their stuff up. i called into the call center again this morning and was confronted by absolute idiots who gave me the run around for an hour. I was advised that there's no record of any calls between myself and their call center yesterday and it will take 48 hours to resolve..SO NO SERVICE FOR 48 HOURS. PATHETIC
