Shocking service!!!

My goodness! MTN what has happened? Been a loyal customer with you for over 10 years and lately you guys have gone from the best to the absolute ****tiest provider in the entire of Africa! I have 3 cellphone contracts with you as well as Supersonic LTE and lately you decide to just debit my account for 100s more than what should be and nevermind a credit.. Logged tickets after tickets to be told that the agent i thought had helped me logged the ticket with the wrong departments? I mean seriously??? Your staff is **********, do they even get training? I sit and wait on calls to hear that they either are struggling to log on or cannot help or dont know how to help or do try and help and do the wrong thing??? My gosh but you guys are ***********. Calling your cancellation department right now!
