Shocking service !!!!!

MTN your service is shocking to say the least. Just by reading these reviews I see I am not the only one. I have requested my voice recordings from January on numerous occasions because I had confirmation that both my contracts were cancelled only to find out now that I have been served with a final written notice. I am being charged for a contract I don’t have. Not one staff member is able to assist me. I have been into numerous branches and even your OWN staff just shake their heads. They actually agree your service is shocking. I have asked to speak to a manager on numerous occasions but to no avail. I am getting a bad credit rating because not one of your staff is able to do their job which is basic customer service. Appalled to say the least, your business should close !!!!!
