Shocking Service by MTN

The KwaNokuthula tower has been off since before l 20 September 2024 with ticket number: SMC/*** that was issued on 20 September 2024. I've been in contact with MTN since 16 September 2024 about virtually no internet service on my LTE router. I have a monthly contract. MTN has done nothing to resolve the problem. I've even reported it to ICSA. There has been no reply on the ICASA complaint since 25 October 2024, When I called on 8 November 2024 to enquire whether the KwaNokuthula tower has been fixed, I was told by the MTH employee that the tower is still down. MTN is still deducting my monthly subscription fee, but there is no or very little service. And since my call on 8 November 2024 even NO SERVICE AT ALL..
