Shocking Service
Mall@reds branch. Send your staff for training. The phone etiquette is appalling. If that is the face and first contact, I'm surprised you are still in business. After trying to decipher the mumbling it was determined that she couldn't assist. She took my number and someone who would apparently BE ABLE to assist. Surprisingly we haven't received a call yet. Training People!!! Training. Empower your people.

05 Nov 2019, 11:11Hi Alice. Thanks for your reply. Raoul van Staden assisted my boss with his requests and resolved his problem. His service was really fantastic. Once you get past the telephone operator, there are people that are willing to assist.
