Shocking Service at Mtn Gateway

Hi.

I am absolutely appalled by the service received by Mtn Gateway.

The staff have an absolutely laid-back approach, no sense of customer service. It is a complete joke.

I renewed by contract on the 2nd September. Received my handset on the 28th October. (This is after going to the store like 10 times and calling numerous times) BTW. They don't ****** answer the phone at Gateway. It continously rings and when I went to the store to confirm if I was calling the correct number, they inform me that they are short staffed and can't answer the phone.

I am 20 years with Mtn on one of the highest packages and this is the service I recieve.

And now I am awaiting for my new Sim to be activated, which is also 4 days later. Keeping in mind that this line is for business calls and is now have a negative impact on my job.

MTN Gateway. Pull up ur ****** socks!!!!
