Shocking service at diepsloot

Shocking service at diepsloot mtn store . Have being trying to do a SIM swap since last week friday but no one is able to help even after I submitted all the documents they needed, and was told that all management are on leave ,I have been to the store everyday since Friday,I wonder ìf this is mtn comon practice or maybe they taking advantage of the disadvantaged people of diepsloot??
