Shocking service and delays

Try contact support on email. Its not existent. It took 2 whole weeks just to turn on roaming for my number and even bow that it is on, its not working so its now a third week still no service. This is the most useless company and people working at it ever. Shocking service. Support take 2 or 3 to reply to emails.
