Shocking Service all round from MTN

Mtn's network coverage map shows my area has full LTE coverage. I think i can count the times i have had LTE service in my area on one hand. When the coverage and signal issues were raised with MTN no response was received! It has been 2 weeks now and not one word from MTN. Their ads all say "the boza network that allows you to connect when you want to and not when your service provider decides" I would settle for being able to phone when i want to and not when mtn decides i may. 90% of the day my phone says "Emergency Calls Only" whether i am home or at work. Atleast at work i have 4G signal. At home i have H+ in a LTE zone if i am lucky.
