Shocking service.....again
<p>I was contacted by one of your direct companies to upgrade my phone. CCISA. Against better judgment I entertained the marketer and for once decided to upgrade my phone via the direct company. I thought this will save me time and money but it is now two months, various phone calls and cancellation requests, even by one of your shops in Canal Walk, that a courier arrived today, yes even after everything was cancelled, to deliver my phone.....</p> <p>The only person suffering in this instance is your loyal customer of almost 20 years. I think that your company has also been captured by the Guptas. A customer past and the elite smiles. Shocking to say the least.</p>
