Shocking service

I always have to get a negative customer experience from mtn my phone was ****** over the weekend and getting a simple sim swop has been a mission I have been sent from pillar to post without any assistance it has been over 3 days and no one can assist with my sim swop request I've been to the branch in Hammanskraal and Pretoria central no one can assist my contract ended in 2022 and I've been using my *** number since I received the contract but it says my number is inactive and no one can activate it
