shocking service

went to mtn store in Pinecrest mall in pinetown and the service we received was shocking both the salesman and the store manager were shocking. The salesman doesn't even know what is offered in the deals, the store manager tells you one thing but what he said doesn't happen then when I requested the manager to contact me he never does. Had to wait 2 weeks to get my upgrade. I eventually got hold of head office and within 1 day they called me back to say that my upgrade was on it's way to the Pinecrest store and the store manager is fully aware of it, when I called the store nobody knew about it and the store manager didn't feel that it was necessary to make contact with me to explain what had gone wrong. This was the worst experience with MTN ever and I am a customer of them for year's. Absolutely shocking service
