Shocking Service !!!!

I'v been trying to cancel my contract, I was then potentially swayed by retentions. retentions didn't get back to me I called over a week ago to cancel, signed up with Vodacom and now I'm told the number can't be ported due to it not being release. I'll give you a guess as to what's happened, yip you guessed it not cancelled.. Called in 4 time today only for the call to be cut and one occasion a lady answering who couldn't help me as she couldn't access the system. I need this account cancelled Now !!!
