SHOCKING SERVICE!!

<p>I have been requesting a Cancellation/Termination quotation for my MTN contract for close to a month now with no joy. I have made numerous phone calls, sent emails, visited the Northgate branch (outside next to Virgin Active) and literally begged for this quotation. I almost find it funny that no-one from the retentions department has been in contact with me to find out why I want this quotation so badly!?!? Perhapes they think that by ignoring me I will give up on my quest................................ MTN that will never happen!!!!! I want out!!!!</p>
