SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

I have just spent the last 37 minutes being transferred from one department to another at MTN, with not a single capable consultant able to assist me. To make matters worse, I had to repeat the exact same security questions and verification process with every single consultant I spoke to. Absolutely ridiculous. I have made it very clear that I want my order cancelled immediately. I have already provided my banking details and revoked any authorization for debit orders. Should a debit order go off my account after this experience, I will flip MTN upside down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This level of service is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to fight this hard just to get basic assistance or cancel an order.
