MTN did not inform me that they had taken over my account from Nashua Mobile so I kept receiving smses over the Christmas period saying my account was in arrears which I could not understand but as I was out of the country and required my phone to be working I paid 3 amounts of R 3200 in total to Nashua Mobile for my account - ***. Upon my return in January my contract was soft locked - I then found out that Nashua Mobile had not transferred the R 3200 to MTN when I forwarded MTN the proofs of payments of payments made to Nashua Mobile. The informed me they will ensure the funds are transferred by Nashua Mobile to themselves, My phone was again soft locked and MTN asked me to make a further payment of R 2288.92 on the 22nd January to un lock my phone while they waited for NASHUA Mobile to transfer the funds over to them or refund me. To date I have not received any funds from Nashua Mobile and MTN have once again cut my contract. I tried to phone MTN on numerous occasions and email but no response!!!! I did fax the proofs of payment and attached the reference no but still no assistance from MTN!!!
