SHOCKING SERVICE

I have a MTN CHOICE100 contract and have had this contract since my upgrade last year. Every month my usage is around R1500+- and this is how much i pay them every month, however on the 21st July i got my free minutes and 500mb of data as normal. However the unusual thing this time around was that the very same morning @06:44am i got an SMS stating that i already started incurring costs from my usage limit which was very odd as i just recieved free minutes and data which were still relfecting on the airtime balance. However i ignored this and thought that it was purely a technical error from MTN. On Saturday @ 14:10pm i recieved another SMS telling me that i've exceeded my credit limit of R1100 and my services have been suspended, my phone got suspended immediately. I was certainly 100% sure that i hadn't used this much credit on my phone in these 2 days and immediately on the 23rd requested for an itemised billing statement in order to check my detailed usage and dispute if required. The shocking service from the MTN call centre is disturbing, the level of knowledge that each consultant has is totally unnaceptable. I even had one of the consultants Annelisa drop the call on me because she refused to put me through to her Supervisor. TIll this day after more than 10 calls to the MTN call centre, i still have not recieved my itemized billing statement. Its unfortunete that i'm locked into a contract with them, however this is definetly the very last contract that i will have with you.
