Shocking service
<p>I had a contract with MTN which was paid up and cancelled over a year ago however I have recentlydiscovered that they handed me over for 'funds outstanding'. When I contact their customer care they tell me that I owe nothing because I'm a pre-paid customer but regardless of this they have even gone as far as listing on credit bereau. You can never get through to their customer careline, I hold for 30min- 1 hour at a time and then my call just gets dropped.</p> <p>I'm so frustrated, my credit record is spoilt because of this invalid listing and no-one seems to know what's going on. I'm definately porting my number and never doing business with MTN ever again.</p>

Attorneys harrasing not just me but my whole family.
Can you please treat this matter with urgency. Even my personal finances are *****ed because of the credit bereau listings and it's making my life really difficult.
