SHOCKING SERVICE

I am so so frustrated with MTN. I have been trying for months now to get a settlement statement to pay up and close my contract but no one will help me. I have sent countless emails and placed many unanswered calls. I get absolutely NO assistance from customer care. I get told to contact legal because apparently it's their job but the emails and calls go unanswered. I don't know what to do anymore. It's been months. I just want to pay and close..... why does this have to be so damn hard guys.
