SHOCKING SERVICE

The staff at MTN Stellenbosch are unhelpful and rude. The MANAGER told me she would email me documents for a contract and three days later (after about 4 phone calls to MTN) I have still not received the document. Tons of excuses were used and the manager as well as other staff members made out as if I had the wrong documentation when in fact I had the correct info. They sent me up and down 3/4 times and then told me it was wrong again. Overall a shocking experience. Unhelpful, unfriendly and completely useless! I am extremely dissatisfied after being PROMISED I would receive the documents! Considering moving to VODACOM!
