Shocking Service

I requested information on the MTN App surrounding my upgrade eligibility. The very next day I was contacted by multiple companies offering me an upgrade. How was my information shared with these parties I did not request a call? Moving forward I proceeded to do my upgrade requesting a specific phone in a specific color (Black). The phone was delivered by courier and was not what I ordered. I immediately contacted MTN who said they cannot assist I must call the provider Rewardsco. On making contact with them they tell me sorry you must call MTN you cannot send the phone back. As the customer I am sitting with a product I did not order and not MTN or the provider Rewardsco they gave my personal information to are prepared to assist. I have logger formal complaints with both companies and to date have not received a response from either party.
