SHOCKING SERVICE

MTN put a default against my name without even giving me the opportunity to settle the amount, which is R2500 - they just wrote it off. I now cannot get hold of anyone at MTN's legal department to assist me with this. They tell me via EMAIL to phone the 3rd party attorneys and the 3rd party attorneys tell me to phone MTN. Eventually when I get through I get told their system is offline. Think the service is shocking and will not recommend at all. Worst is because of the default I cant even go to another service provider.
