Shocking service!!!!

My wife have been trying to cancel her contract for over 6months now, numerous phone calls and emails. They keep you for hours on the line where you camt get hold of anybody. They only reply on your emails after like 3 weeks and then the problem does not get sorted out! Shocking service, actually the worst service ever!!!! Stop taking my wifes money and cancel the contract, easy as that?
