Shocking service!!!

Bad signal in my area - called in to technical department- no we don't handle that query any longer - email ***, they're very quick to respond!!! FIVE emails- THIRTEEN DAYS later, not even the courtesy of a response!! SIGNAL STILL BAD!!!
