Shocking Service

Today I have again returned home despondent and without my upgraded new phone. After trying to upgrade my contract in Port Elizabeth (my hometown) and spending hours in a queue only to hear that the phone was out of stock and they don't know when one will become available, I have resorted to driving to Jeffreys Bay hoping to find better service. At first I was helped in a reasonable time and I thought that I have came to the right branch. They however had no stock but offered to order a phone for me and said it would be there during the next week. Heard nothing from them, so I visited them the next weekend only to be told the stock is there but they can't book it out due to an IT- issue. They promised to sort out the issue and to send my phone to a PE-branch by the next Wednesday. Once again I had to phone just to be told they only had the 16gb and not the requested 64gb. I received a call from them this week to say my phone has arrived. Excited I drove through this afternoon to be told that they can't release my phone without a company letterhead. They forgot to tell me to bring one with. After an hour I gave up and walked out. Service begging one to switch to another Provider.
