Shocking service
Terrible service , extremely unhappy with the asssitancr given the assumption the emails are received , incorrect information given , and the so called record the conversation / dates of calls defiantly a problem . Phoned them last week on a account query (unresolved ) phoned again ad no one can find any information regarding the conversation . Really disappointed
