SHOCKING SERVICE

on the 24th of August consultant by the name of Andiswa contacted from CCI (MTN upgrades) did a telephonic upgrade, I received an sms from MTN stating my upgrade was approved. This is 2 weeks ago and since then I have heard nothing, then I was told there is no stock. I left various messages for Andiswa and her Team Leaders or someone in management to call me back...to this date NO BODY HAS BOTHERED TO CALL ME BACK....I have been with MTN for over 20 years and would definately not expect this kind of disgusting service. I was then told NOT even a manager can access my contract to finalise anything, the only person is ANDISWA (and guess what she is not in and they dont know when she will be back) THEN i was told "oh you can cancel the deal and just go to the store" I couldnt believe what I was hearing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
