SHOCKING SERVICE

<br> I HAVE BEEN ASKING MTN FROM NOVEMBER 2014 SINCE NASHUA MOBILE HANDED OVER MY ACCOUNTS FOR A DETAILED STATEMENT. I HAVE CALLED THE CALL CENTRE, I HAVE BEEN INTO MTN CAPE ROAD NUMERIOUS TIMES AND STILL NO STATEMENTS. HOW CAN I HAVE MONIES REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT MONTHLY WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT THESE CHARGES ARE FOR. HOW MANY MORE TIMES DO I NEED TO DEAL WITH INCOMPETANT, UNTRAINED STAFF THAT REFER YOU TO A CALL CENTRE FOR THE SMALLEST QUERRIES YOU HAVE. I HAVE 4 UPGRADES DUE WERE I HAVE MTN SALES PEOPLE CONTINUISLEY CALLING ME TO UPGRADE BUT NO ONE IS ABLE TO ASSIST WITH A SIMPLE DETAILED STATEMENT. MR MTHOBELI WHO IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE MANAGER IN THE CAPE ROAD BRANCH (PORT ELIZABETH) SAID HE WILL SORT THIS PROBLEM OUT, WELL IT IS THE 13TH OF THE MONTH, MY MONEY HAS ONCE AGAIN BEING DEDUCTED WITH NO STATEMENT. I SO MISS NATHUA MOBILE WITH THE FANTASTIC SERVICE I RECIEVED OVER THE YEARS.
