Shocking service
<p>Ok with no surprise I still dont have a phone but paying for new phone. They dont even give me a replacement phone after the regional manager said he will find out and try to organize one but again NO feedback. This has been 6 months that I pay for n new phone but just have a simcard. How can they stock phones and the parts are not available in SA? They keep on telling me that they waiting for screen from USA. The concern must be with customers and not sponsorship with boks. Without customers mtn will be lost. I have been with MTN for 18 years and this is sad service to loyal customers.</p>
