Shocking service
<p>I have had no luck with a ********** application that was opened in my name on 3 March. I submitted all the required documents to MTN (which I had to go out of my way for as I needed to get to a police station to get an affidavit). I dealt with an extremely rude consultant and eventually requested to deal with his supervisor. I was told it would be resolved in 21 days. It has now been a month and a half and I have received no feedback. I follow up constantly and again only received feedback when I referred the issue to another consultant and I again have followed up with no response. I haven’t been refunded for the debit order that went off and have had no resolution.</p> <p> </p> <p>The service that I have received is unacceptable.</p>

Kindly email us the certified copy of your ID and sworn affidavit specifying that you didnt open up a contract to *** will the log a request our ***** department for further investigation it should take within 5 to 10 working days.
